NHL Playoffs and MLB Baseball Bets 9/6

We took yesterday off but came off a great day of betting on Friday going 2–0 with our baseball bets. Planned on taking the whole weekend off but I really like the 2 upcoming NHL playoffs series that start tonight and tomorrow. Also have a few baseball bets sticking out to me for today.

What Went Right?

We had the Toronto Blue Jays on a hot streak over the Boston Red Sox on a cold streak. It was a close 8–7 win but I’ll gladly take it. Thankfully, with the run line involved, we saw more of a decisive win with the Chicago White Sox winning 7–4 over the Kansas City Royals.

In NHL Playoff series bets we saw the Las Vegas Golden Knights finally win their series in game 7.

What Went Wrong?

Despite a strong resurgence after being down 3–1 in the series, the Colorado Avalanche lost game 7 to the Dallas Stars. That gives us our only hockey bet loss in the 2nd round of the playoffs.

NHL Playoffs

We’re down to 4 teams left in the NHL Playoffs. Tonight is game 1 of the Western Conference Finals between the Dallas Stars and the Las Vegas Golden Knights.
